College Prep Advantage is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or other damages arising out of the use of our tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials (electronic, print, or other media), or the use of the Collegeprepadvantage.com website. You, the client, specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of our tutoring service, our materials (electronic, print, or other media), and the use of this website. Your use of our tutoring service, materials (electronic, print, or other media), or the use of this website indicates your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which appear below.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, sell, or otherwise make use of the materials (electronic, print, or other media) we provide (including any content on this website) without our express, written consent. You may not use any trademarks, logos or other intellectual property of College Prep Advantage without our express, written consent.

Cardinal OHara SAT Prep Waiver (applies only to SAT Prep courses at Cardinal OHara HS)
I authorize the Cardinal OHara HS and/or College Prep Advantage Camp Staff to act for me in any emergency situation that requires medical attention for my son/daughter. Cardinal OHara shall not be held liable for clothing or personal possessions damaged by fire, theft, malicious mischief or personal negligence. I hereby waive Cardinal OHara from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while going to camp from home, while at camp, or returning from camp to home.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
SAT Prep Courses
You may cancel your enrollment in our SAT Prep course if you contact us by email, telephone, or letter, which we receive a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of the class in which you have enrolled. We will refund the tuition you paid less a $100.00 cancellation fee. We will refund that amount by check or by credit card, if you initially paid by credit card.

If you cancel your enrollment in our SAT Prep course fewer than two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of the class in which you have enrolled, you will not receive a refund of the tuition you paid.

In-Home Tutoring
If you wish to cancel or to reschedule a home tutoring session at no cost, you must contact your tutor by email or telephone no fewer than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tutoring session. If you do not provide your tutor with this required, prior notice; you will be responsible for payment of one (1) hour of the hourly rate of instruction for your tutor.

Privacy Policy

College Prep Advantage respects and appreciates the importance of privacy for our customers. College Prep Advantage is very concerned about the security of the information you provide on this site and utilizes data encryption to protect the information you provide to us via the Internet. College Prep Advantage will not intentionally release, sell, or make accessible to third parties the information you provide without your prior consent. College Prep Advantage’s website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally-identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If College Prep Advantage becomes aware that it has inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 via its website, College Prep Advantage will delete that information from its records. We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions from time-to-time. College Prep Advantage will post any such changes on this website for your review.
